Baby George is here! Born 8/18/09 5 lbs 15 oz ~20 in!

36 weeks!!

yeah 36 weeks only 4 more to go!!! I don't feel any different really, maybe more pressure since the baby is dropping. Oh it is way harder to get around and do what I need to do but I'm still trying to enjoy these final days I know they're going to go quickly and that's it you can't get them back. I don't know if I'll miss all the things that go along with being pregnant ( I think I will miss my belly) but I truly appreciate the experience it is amazing.

35 week update

so I've made it to 35 weeks!! I never thought I would make it this far given my past, I'm super excited but very uncomfortable lol. Baby moves a lot and especially like s to kick me in the ribs ( but I think all babies do that). I find it so funny that even when a baby is still inside you,you can get a sense of there personality and what they like and dislike. This little guy totally lets me know when I move in a way he doesn't like or eat something he doesn't quite agree with. I just laugh because he totally thinks he's the boss lol !!! All and all this pregnancy has been great I really can't complain I just can't wait to meet the little guy and give him lots of love.

gifts we've recieved from our awesome family and friends!

We got this awesome high chair from Glenn and Lisa I love it it has 4 different functions ranging from infant feeder to youth seat. I think this is one of Petes favorite gifts he got super excited when he saw it, it was pretty funny because he doesn't usually get to excited about this kind of stuff but he loves this highchair. Thanks Glenny and Lisa!!

Love this stationary entertainer!!! It has so many cool toys and sounds I'm sure this will be a favorite toy of baby! Thank you Grammy Joan, Jido ( spelling?), Auntie Nicole, Uncle Mike

This is a really cool tummy time play mat that we got from Eddie and Lisa. It has all sorts of different textures and lots of things to keep baby entertained! This is going to be an awesome toy for development!! Oh and that's our other baby Riley she decided she wanted to be in the pic ( she's such a diva!)

we finally got our mattress thanks to Auntie Stefanie, Uncle Joe and Sophia .This is the crib all put together, I think it's adorable!! We are going to put some wall hangings up over his crib but I'm waiting till Nana Rose ( my mom) comes so we can make them.

our car seat along with our pack n play (not pictured) is from my dad, Vovo, JJ, and Janice. The car seat is awesome, not only do I love the way it looks but I really wanted it because it was rated the safest car seat for 2009 by consumer reports, and anyone whose ever driven with pete knows we need all the help we can get .( he's going to kill me for saying that lol)

I love this stroller!! The colors are great but most importantly it is soooooo easy to use, very smooth ride and corners like a dream lol Thanks Kaltsunas family and thank you for the gift card also you guys are awesome!!

our bedding is probably one of my favorite gifts we've received, I love how simple it is and how well it goes with our crib. I can't wait to get our mattress so I can put it all together, I know it's going to be so handsome! Thank you Nana and Nanu

our gorgeous crib courtesy of Tete and Papa, I didn't think I was going to find anything I liked and then we found this crib and just fell in love, it's perfect for a little boy but even better it will grow with him and never look babyish.

Our dresser is a gift from Pete's grandparents Nana and beeba, I love the dresser it will be with baby for many many years I'm sure

I love this jumper!!! Auntie Gina and Chris gave this to us, I can't wait for our little guy to use it,I know he will love it ( if he's anything like Austin I won't be able to get him out of it lol)

how cool is this swing?? I love this swing it was a gift from my Uncle Butch and Auntie Barbra, I know the baby will love all the bright colors and the music it plays

Thank you all so much for everything you've done for our family, everyone has been so generous, we are truly blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. We love you all so much and appreciate everything you do for us.

family update

Hey everyone I'm just about to enter my 8th month (I can hardly believe it!) time is going by quickly, I feel great except my feet look like little sausages but if that's all I can complain about I think I'm lucky.
Austin is getting excited I think (not sure if it's for baby or all the people coming to visit) he rubs my belly a lot and gives it a kiss now and then, and when asked whats in my belly he says "baby brother" in a cute little Austin accent that only he has and I don't know where he got it from but I think we all know what I'm talking about.
Peter has cut hours at his second job to be home with me and Austin. I can't even tell you what big help he is when he is home, I basically don't have to lift a finger (that's how it should be all the time right) he's been taking good care of all of us.
So all and all we are doing great everyone is happy and healthy( especially baby!) and can't wait for the new addition
